On the Dusty Road

I’m Dusty. I’m an amateur photographer and naturalist with wanderlust and a deep love of the US National Parks. I know I’m not a stellar photographer and a lot of what I’ve got on this site is simple cel phone shots. I guess I should also note that everything I’ve got on this site is raw and unedited, whether it comes from a phone, a point and shoot or my faithful Rebel xti. I have a terribly unsteady hand but my goal in my photos is to encapsulate an intimate moment in time with nature. I’m obsessed with skies, sunsets and clouds and my deepest passion is color and color blocking.
